Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

Orders over £50 (UK mainland)
Carrier: DX Freight (2-man delivery) or Palletways (palletised delivery), depending on your location and order weight
Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch (plus 1–2 business days handling time in our warehouse)
Shipping cost: Free

DX Freight will call you to book your home delivery. On the day, you can tell the driver where to leave your items. This can be indoors or outdoors, up to 3 m from your front door, for example in the garden, garage or an outbuilding. Please note that we only deliver to the ground floor.

Orders under £50 (UK mainland)
Carrier: Royal Mail or DPD, depending on your location and order weight
Delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch (plus 1–2 business days handling time in our warehouse)
Shipping cost: £5.95

Smaller parcels may be sent by post. In that case you collect them from your nearest postal collection point.

Scotland
Carrier: DX Freight
Delivery time: 5 business days
Shipping cost: Same as UK Mainland

Northern Ireland
Carrier: The Van Man
Delivery time: 5 business days (orders are collected from our warehouse every Wednesday)
Shipping cost: £79

Ireland
We need to give you a quote for delivery to Ireland. Please contact our customer service team.

Shipping from our external warehouse in Sweden
If an item isn't in stock in our UK warehouse, we'll send your order from our external warehouse in Sweden.
Delivery time: About 1 week

Good to know
We don't split orders automatically. If one or more items in your order are out of stock, the whole order ships once everything is available. If you'd like us to split your order and send part of it separately, just contact us.

Delivery is handled by third parties (freight forwarders and parcel services). We can't control it, so it isn't covered by our warranty.

Returns

We accept returns providing the items are returned in perfect, unused condition within 10 days of receipt. Return postage must be paid by the buyer.

NORTH MIDDLE POST

The middle post sits between the frame and the lower leg of the trampoline. Choose your trampoline in the drop-down menu.

North Legend Oval was previously called North Explorer.

North Pioneer Round has the same middle post for all sizes/this middle post also fits Adventurer / Pioneer Oval 3,5 m.
The dimensions indicated are the outer dimensions of the trampoline frame.
